Refund Policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

This Refund Policy explains the refund terms for paid plans and related services provided by BlueReader.

BlueReader’s operator is the merchant of record. Stripe processes payments, including recurring charges and refunds; taxes and the total amount are shown at checkout. Charges may appear on your statement under the operator’s billing name.

1. Paid Purchases

Fees paid for paid plans and related services, including first-time subscription purchases, are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

We do not offer a money-back guarantee for paid plans.

2. Subscription Renewals

Fees charged when a subscription automatically renews are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.

You are responsible for canceling your subscription before its renewal date if you do not want the next recurring charge.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid plan until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation prevents future billing.

Fees already paid, including fees for unused time in the current billing period, are not refunded or prorated except where required by applicable law.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Subject to any rights you have under applicable law, refunds are not provided for:

  • First-time subscription purchases
  • Subscription renewal payments
  • Cancellation because you changed your mind or no longer need the service
  • Unused time remaining in a billing period
  • Account suspension or termination due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Paid features or services that have already been used

5. How to Exercise a Statutory Refund Right

If you believe applicable law entitles you to a refund, contact the operator at bluereader@googlegroups.com.

Please include the email address used for the purchase, your payment receipt or transaction reference, the reason for the request, and the legal right you believe applies. Do not send card details.

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is required by applicable law, we will initiate it through Stripe to the original payment method where possible.

The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on the payment method, financial institution, and country or region.

7. Statutory Rights

This Refund Policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

If applicable law provides you with additional cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights, those rights will apply.
